Berkshire Culinary Group brings polished service and bold flavor to gatherings of every size. Founded by award-winning, classically trained chef Matt Mottor, the group is built on local talent, strong roots, and a commitment to flawless execution.

The team runs a full culinary operation with 16 skilled professionals who handle events across the Berkshires and nearby Massachusetts towns within a 45-minute radius. Their work spans weddings, mitzvahs, corporate functions, house parties, showers, pig roasts, and milestone celebrations.

BCG operates out of its main kitchen at Shire Tavern in the Stationery Factory, a restored mill space with multiple event areas. The group also owns and operates Shire Tavern and offers private dining inside Shire Tavern for smaller gatherings.

Each event is shaped around your vision, your menu, and your budget. The result is a seamless experience supported by refined culinary skill and attentive on-site service.
